# Riyadh Stands

> A bilingual Arabic and English site for exhibition-stand planning, design development and delivery coordination in Riyadh. The service is presented by VAV Grup. VAV Grup has its own production capability; Riyadh project coordination is supported through a local partner. This does not claim a Riyadh factory, organiser partnership, fixed event dates or a guaranteed delivery time.

## Scope and qualification

- The project brief should include event or venue, date, stand area, open sides, brand objective, required zones and budget range.
- Final scope follows the organiser's current technical guide and the approved project brief.
- VAV Grup's own production capability includes metal and wood fabrication, CNC work, digital printing, laser work and installation scope. The project-specific execution model, accountable delivery parties and venue requirements are confirmed in the written proposal.
- Riyadh coordination can be supported through a local partner. The published contact address is a project-contact address; it is not evidence of a VAV-owned factory or of organiser approval.
- Venue and event compliance requirements must be confirmed for the actual project; this site does not replace organiser documentation.

## Contact and lead handling

With no CRM endpoint configured, the public form prepares a WhatsApp draft. The visitor reviews and sends it in WhatsApp; preparing the draft does not automatically deliver a lead to a CRM or mailbox. The RICEC guide also links directly to an editable WhatsApp draft.
